Grey Larsen, Janne Henshaw, NanMcEntire, Steve Dickey, Nancy Dickey, and Paul Tyler — all of whom knew Hoosier musician and songwriter Lotus Dickey (1911-1989)—will lead a workshop in which you’ll learn some of Lotus’s best songs. The Lotus World Music and Arts Festival was named in part for this Hoosier treasure; his curious, humble, gentle spirit inspired everyone who knew him. The workshop is an occasion to celebrate Lotus Dickey’s contributions to the art and life of Indiana and to enjoy the power of voices united in song.
