At the Lotus Board Annual Retreat and follow up over email, there was ample discussion around ticket prices for the 2026 festival including:

  • Adding more Free events during the festival weekend (Parade, Additional outdoor venue, More interactive arts experiences, Free Sunday Concert)
  • Increasing venues and performances
  • Expanding group discounts and bulk purchases
  • Rejection of VIP ticket pricing
  • Hesitancy to reduce ticket prices too much due to sustainability
  • Adding value for higher price point and comparing ticket price to the number of performances
