At the Lotus Board Annual Retreat and follow up over email, there was ample discussion around ticket prices for the 2026 festival including:
- Adding more Free events during the festival weekend (Parade, Additional outdoor venue, More interactive arts experiences, Free Sunday Concert)
- Increasing venues and performances
- Expanding group discounts and bulk purchases
- Rejection of VIP ticket pricing
- Hesitancy to reduce ticket prices too much due to sustainability
- Adding value for higher price point and comparing ticket price to the number of performances
