Lemon Bucket Orkestra to play at 2022 festival!

Born in Toronto as a quartet of buskers, the Lemon Bucket Orkestra is now a 12-member guerilla-punk-klezmer band that delivers cathartic and exhilarating performances. On or off the stage, the Orkestra creates an immersive experience of big brass, strings, drums, dance, and passionate vocals. With these Canadian musical adventurers, you have license to be a little wild.

In addition to their shows, on Saturday at 8:30, you can come to the Arts Village to grab a flag or a mask and join Lemon Bucket Orkestra for the return of the Lotus Festival Parade! The Orkestra has Ukrainian roots and influences; the parade will also be a time to show support for Ukraine.

Lotus generously received funding from the Performing Arts and Global Exchange (PAGE) Grant through the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation(MAAF), in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) to host Lemon Bucket.
