Mandala Mindfulness: A Community Event with Vibe Yoga + Lotus

Join Laura in the Air Studio for 60-minutes of Mandala Mindfulness, designed to center your system and deepen your focus. Rooted in the Sanskrit word mandala, meaning “circle” or “wholeness,” this practice uses circular movement and imagery to cultivate focus, balance, and a sense of completion.

The session begins with a 30-minute gentle mandala yoga flow, guiding you in a continuous, circular sequence around your mat. You’ll then transition into a 30-minute mandala-inspired mindfulness activity, encouraging reflection, creativity, and inner stillness.

After class, you’re invited to stay and connect with the community over light refreshments. This event is designed for all levels of experience—no prior experience is needed.

This is a donation-based offering, with all proceeds supporting the Lotus Education and Arts Foundation. Space is limited, so advance registration is encouraged. The event will be held outdoors; in case of inclement weather, it will move to the Water Studio.
