Our major Spring event is Lotus Blossoms, and its anchor event is the Lotus Blossoms World Bazaar, where for two days, kids explore the world via hands-on art, music, dance, games, and loads of other interactive, multicultural experiences.

The Bazaar is a great volunteer opportunity: you’re instantly rewarded with the smiles and joy of the children who attend. Volunteers assist presenters in a variety ways, helping with arts and other activities, stamping “passports” for each activity station, face painting, etc.

For both the Friday Bazaar (open to students only) and the Saturday Bazaar (open to the public), volunteers shifts generally last for 4 1/2 to 5 hours — although exact times and shift assignments may vary.
