Important Dates for 2019 Festival Volunteers

Volunteer Orientations are required of all volunteers, regardless of previous volunteer history.

 

  • Orientation times differ according to your job assignment.  You must have accepted your Shift Offer in order to attend Orientations.  Please double check your Shift Offer against the grid to determine the correct time for the day you attend.  If you have any questions about times, please email volunteer@lotusfest.org.  
  • You must attend one of these orientations or have arranged an alternate time with the Volunteer Coordinator, in order to volunteer at the Festival.

 

Session 1: Tuesday evening (6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.), September 17, 2019
Orientation takes place at the Monroe County Public Library. Check-in 15 minutes early in the library lobby. The initial training will take place in the MCPL Auditorium, before moving on to the breakout sessions. See the Breakout Session Schedule for your job orientation start time.

Session 2: Thursday evening (6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.), September 19, 2019
