September 25 – IU Art Museum Noon Concert featuring Lotus Festival Artist: Şimdi Ensemble

Şimdi Ensemble (Şimdi means “now” in Turkish) is a project in the footsteps of the Sufi tradition of Anatolia. Based in Turkey, Şimdi is co-founded by singer and composer Bora Uymaz and harpist Şirin Pancaroglu (and IU Jacobs School of Music alumna). A performance of Turkish traditional music featuring voice and harp. Introduction by IU First Lady Laurie McRobbie.
