Unwind after an exciting Festival weekend with restorative outdoor yoga in Third Street Park.  Students of all levels are welcome to join this accessible practice and encouraged to work at their own level (modifications and variations will be offered by roaming teachers).  Guided meditation and breath work will be offered during the time between yoga classes. Please join for one or all practices!  Presented by Lotus in partnership with local yoga instructors and studios, including Samantha Eibling Yoga, Touchstone Yoga, and Vibe Yoga.

11:15-12:00 – Yoga, all levels
12:15-12:45 – Guided meditation/breath work
1:00-1:45 – Yoga, all levels

 

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of each practice. Participant should bring their own mat or large towel; it is recommended to dress comfortably and bring a water bottle.
