Volunteers from the Bloomington community (and around the world) presented arts, music, language, and international crafts that let you get your hands on the world! 2008 Lotus Blossoms World Bazaar sponsored by SIHO Foundation and IU Inner Asian and Uralic National Resource Center.

• Live peformances by members of the Indiana University International Vocal Ensemble; monks from the Tibetan Mongolian Buddhist Cultural Center; the IU T'ai Chi club and Gumboot Dancers; and the Binford Drum Group
  
  
• Demonstrations of Middle Eastern Dance and salsa
  
  
• Arts and crafts from the Mathers Museum of World Cultures, the Bloomington Area Arts Council, the Tibetan Mongolian, and other organizations
  
  
• Interactive info stations for discovering new languages, brushing up on world geography and other cultures, and trying strange and wonderful musical instruments!
