Bloomington, IN – The 23rd annual Lotus World Music and Arts Festival will return to the heart of Bloomington, Indiana in 2016 on September 15th-18th, filling the downtown streets once again with its eclectic blend of global sound and spectacle.

Nearly 12,000 attendees experienced the magic of Lotus this past fall, taking in 27 bands with over 150 individual musicians from 22+ countries. For more than two decades, the non-profit Lotus Education and Arts Foundation has transformed downtown Bloomington into an exuberant world of music for one blissful, boisterous September weekend, in addition to providing a full range of multicultural music and art programming throughout the year.
